We are all grain semi-automated brewers that brew a barrel at a time. We have four vessels and use the BCS 462 to help us brew. We have a permanent Brew sculpture with a hard piped manifold and four center inlet Chugger pumps. We normally do not move hoses when we brew; we just turn valves and use the correct pump.
We have a fermentation room that can be controlled from the 50s to 70 degrees. We sometimes use a freezer as a fermentation chamber. We have Stout Equipment for the Kettles and Fermenters and use a Duda Diesel Wort Chiller.
We brew the same beers over and over but will do a small batch for something new once in a while. We generally follow Reinheitsgebot.
